Family Portrait Days

Family portrait days are a great fundraising activity that work well as a stand alone event or work equally well incorporated into an existing event.

So, how do they work?

On your chosen day we will come along and offer bite sized family portrait sessions. These sittings are 15 minutes long (not long I hear you say, we find for the younger family member that’s more than enough!) During this time we undertake as many combinations of portraits as feasible and we’re happy to take families, extended families, just children or a mix.

We don’t do the hard sell afterwards, a full set of proofs are forwarded to the setting and then passed onto the parents to view at their leisure.

We don’t charge for the sittings, BUT we do encourage the organising groups to do so, most charge a £5-£10 fee, this is then yours to keep.

Attending families have the option of purchasing a variety of products from single prints, the multiple prints, canvases, photo blocks, single or multiple digital files.

It’s very important to state that your parents are under NO obligation at any point to purchase products.

For organsing and hosting you will receive a commission from any products ordered,up to a healthy 20% dependent upon sales. This, with your sitting fees can makes it an attractive fundraising idea!
